I just instal Widescreen Patch.
At the begining game when we escape outside the prision we have quick cutscene with Leonardo but for me after this conversation my game was crash :/ [ look on attached foto ]
All files are where they should be but game think other .

I installed the mod maybe 4 times during the day (I tried instal correctly )
after all, everything worked i could play normal

Then i delete the game to change the language version ( from ENG to PL )
to have everything clear but them game crash
and after this crash
no matter what language version i instead game is still broken in the same place

Ok I finally find a solution
1. You need to change data.dat = to data.zip or rar
2 Extract [don't open by zip or winrar and drag in to the data folder ] files to Data folder by zip or winrar
3 Remember to delete or rename data.dat for to data.old or sth
4 And should work

PS. This hd pach no influence on game crash
So remeber tug filesis not equal to extract files
little mistake big problem
I dunno how in the fisrt time game work when
I've installed her a bad way

Thanks for posting the solution. I tried playing Lionheart sometime ago and had same problem. Now it finally works!
WidescreenPatch is not necessary to run the game fullscreen in any desired resolution including widescreen.

Say hello to a small and absolutely brilliant software called DxWnd which forces applications to run windowed. Using DxWnd, you will get the Lionheart running fullscreen Hi-Res in a few minutes. No need for cumbersome extractions of data.dat etc... Moreover, the Widescreen Patch does not appear to work for many folks.

There is a thread on this forum discussing the use and settings of DxWnd in order to run Lionheart.

True, looking for a solution I also looked at this program but it did not give me the effect that I expected.
I mean for example the main bar at the bottom which covers 1/3 of screen when I finally have a large monitor.
I was sitting a little over this program but not enough to get the effect that I care about (DxWnd) and I watched all the threads on Lionheart forum so I tested everything

P.s: DxWnd is not always a solution for everything, but it's cool to see it tomorrow, maybe it will discover something new.
