It's not Sierra, but did I saw before that Al Lowe bought back the rights for Larry?

New game is made by CrazyBunch and Al Lowe is not involved.

Al Lowe does not own rights to Larry. Codemasters licensed the rights to Replay Games, who made Reloaded together with Al Lowe. Then there was a nasty incident, Al Lowe left the company and is now retired. It seems that Replay Games lost the license after the incident.
Yes I just saw this today while searching. I'm a big fan of Larry, up to Love for Sail. After that the game lost it's sense.

It may be a great reboot, but without Al Lowe I wonder...
As OlausPetrus already pointed out, Al Lowe is retired now. So you are right, this is our own take on the franchise but I think we did our best to pay tribute to Al Lowe and the previous Larry games. We have lots of references to other Larry games and to other Point & Click games from the past in Wet Dreams Don't Dry. The whole team consisted of huge Adventure fans who have been working on several Point & Click Adventure games before.
