Any ideas on how to fix this? I've tried reinstalling the game, but it simply won't open. Running OS 10.11.1 with all drivers up to date.

No sure whether it helps or not. I'm playing the Windows version.

It did not open as well. I moved all those files in the plugin folder ( C:\GOG Games\Leisure Suit Larry - Reloaded\LarryReloaded_Date\Plugins ) to a usb drive in case they are required. I'm able to play after that. So far, so good.
