Hello Laffers :)

I have a problem where i installed the Game with the english installer, but all the ingame text displays as German.
Yes im swiss and using a german windows but due to the inconsistency of item translation (i.e. breath spray and Mundgeruch spray) i see very annoying "i did not understand what he ment since i dont have the same naming of items" issues comming up.
Ive reinstalled and patched it again but always have german text.

Anyone got any idea how to fix this, is there somewhere a file that i could edit to force the game to launch with english text?

Oh and what i really miss, german voice over - i know its expensive but "my" larry (lsl7) always sounded different :D

It's something that should be available with the next update.

hey, thank you for the link (wasnt a backer so i did not knew that!, missed the KS totally :D). Then i have to wait i guess. Still dont know why they put it in in the first place :D

Thanks for the info. Im from germany and for me the text are also in german. The strange thing is that the texts are in german even though I'm using an english version of Windows.

There is a workaround to play the game in english. When you go to "Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region -> Change Location" you can change the loaction to "englisch (USA)" and all the texts in the game will be in english. You just have to remeber to change the region back to the original when you are done plaing.
