Hi,
I have bought all the LArry series games.
The only one which doesn't want to launch is LSL2.
I tried both on my macbook and my imac and same issue.

Do you have a fix for it ?

Thanks

You're right, I just tried it on my iMac and it doesn't run on mine either.

What you can do is:
1) download Scummvm directly from here: https://www.scummvm.org/downloads/
2) Run the scummvm app
3) Click "Add Game..."
4) Navigate to wherever you put LSL2 app from gog and navigate into it: Leisure Suit Larry 2 / Contents / Resources / game / Leisure Suit Larry 2 / Contents / Resources / game
5) Highlight that last "game" folder and select "Choose".
6) Select the version you want (DOS probably) and click "Choose" then click "OK".
7) Now highlight the game and press "Start". Whenever you want to play the game now, use the scummvm app instead of the gog app.

Alternately, you can try to contact GOG support directly:
https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?game=1207662053

You can also do this the reverse way:
1) From the ScummVM.app copy Contents/MacOS/scummvm to Leisure Suit Larry 2.app - Contents/Resources/game/Leisure Suit Larry 2.app/Contents/Resources/scummvm/scummvm replacing the existing file
2) copy all files in ScummVM.app - Contents/Resources/ to Leisure Suit Larry 2.app - Contents/Resources/game/Leisure Suit Larry 2.app/Contents/Resources/scummvm/ replacing any existing files.
3) Launched LSL2 as normal. ScummVM splash may briefly show?
Least this worked for me with Beneath a Steel Sky.

I don't suppose trying to copy, not move, the inner .app to the desktop and running it helps anything?

I just tried it (actually I just dragged the inner "Leisure Suit Larry 2.app" out instead of copying it), and it *does* work! So that's the easiest way to get the game working. Although personally I prefer to use the full scummvm program anyway because it's easier to change the display options/etc.

It works very well with the ScumVM trick !

Thanks a lot for you help. I'm going back in the 80's now :)

Thanks and have a great day.

Great, that's simple enough then.
FYI, I specifically stated to copy it for a reason. Just dragging it is moving it. Copying it can help with some permission issues vs moving it still has them. Not that it mattered for this one but...
