Nope it only has ingame co-op which means one player plays the other joins with the start button or f2.
I do play this game with my nephew sometimes and i gave him a gamepad while i am on the keyboard so we both play the game.
It's pretty difficult playing both on keyboard

You can play online with your friends via various screensharing tools. Nvidia Shadow Play Co-op, Teamviewer, steam play together...
