Hello,
How can I change the language ? I was executing the language setup but nothing's appear and I don't find where is the option in Galaxy.

I finally found it. If you have the same problem as me, you need to start the language setup outside of Galaxy.
Here are the steps :
- go at the game's page in GOG Galaxy
- select the configuration button
- Choose Manage Installation > Show folder
- search and right clic on "language_setup.exe"
- select "execute as Administrator"
- choose your language
- restart GOG Galaxy
