The front page at this time lists both Lego Star Wars the Complete Sage (all six movies) and Lego Star Wars III (the clone wars). Both are listed at 6.79.

If the "complete" saga is what it says it is why is there also a single movie game listed, and at the same price?

Secondly there's a note on the page saying that you have to accept Disney's "terms of use" in order to play. Does that mean the game requires a Disney account of some sort? Or some sort of online DRM checking mechanism?

As you said Complete Sage is based off the six movies. Lego Star Wars III is based off the Clone Wars TV series (2008 ones.)

You are not missing anything.

Firstly there was Lego Star Wars, which was based on Episodes I-III.

Then there was Lego Star Wars II, which was based on Episodes IV-VI.

These then got merged together with some minor upgrades to become Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga, so covering all 6 films up to that point.

Later on there was Lego Star Wars III which was based on The Clone Wars animated series.

Then more recently (last year) we got Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens. This one isn't here on GOG, but it may come at some point in the future. It may seem reasonable to expect there to be a Lego Star Wars The Last Jedi released in 2018.

As for the terms of use, no there should not be any DRM as this is GOG.com, with the whole point being DRM Free. The PCGamingWiki lists the GOG versions of these games as DRM Free. You should not need a Disney account either. In all likelihood it is just the same as with the EA titles here on GOG, a simple EULA.

I can confirm that this game runs without DRM checks. I didn't need to register the game anywhere.
