I've been trying to get LoG2 running in Wine, and finally got it to a point where it mostly runs fine. My only major remaining problem is that audio doesn't seem to be positioned correctly. For example, when I'm in the cage at the start, I can hear the hum of the save crystal, and when I get to the save crystal, I can hear the waves like I was still on the beach. Basically, I can hear everything on the level as if it was centered on my party.

Also, torches are actually incredibly loud when they're playing from inside your skull.

Anyway, this makes playing the game a bit difficult, as positional audio cues are so important. Also, all the overlapping sounds playing at the same volume is... distracting, to say the least.

Has anyone else had this problem in Wine and found a way to fix it?
