Looks amazing. Outdoors are definitely long step from "forest mazes" which appeared in EOB2, LOL and DM2.

Yes GOG, please give out some information: will the game be available (for pre-order) here and for what price? It's really hard to restrain myself from ordering directly at Almost Human, just to have it in the bag!!!

I think Grimrock II will not available though our beloved GOG channel... probably there is not an agreement between GOG and Almost Human (the glorious software house between Grimrock series). Neverthless I decided to wait because I trust in GOG... please, let us know if you'll sell GOG's DRM free version of Grimrock II!!!

PS A DRM free standalone version will be available if you pre-order the game from Almost Human too

True.

But aside from already being a registered customer here (and not at Almost Human), I'd still like to have it in my GOG-library (right next to Grimrock 1, where it belongs).

Maybe GOG could post an official statement here? Does GOG haven an arrangement with Almost Human? It's not that long until the release date...

So far it looks like Grimrock 2 will be Windows game. Well, At least at point of release - Linux ports of Grimrock 1 was made much later then release of game.

The devs stated on their forums that the preorders will be entirely through their own site. At release, it'll be available there, on Steam, on GoG, and on Humble.

There will be a GOG release on the exact release day, Oct. 15. Straight from the developers.

Well, I already bought the pre-order release on GoG - I'm thrilled that games like this and of this quality are released in 2014. Buying and supporting it is a must and I'm proud to be able to do so. I have not finished Grimrock 1, I bought it only recently, but I'm looking forward to a long and fun journey :)

Really looking forward to it. As great as dungeon crawling is, I could also do with a bit of virtual sunlight once in a while. ;)

Just saw the trailer on GOG front page...and got goosebumps. It looks like they've improved on every aspect! It'll be hard to wait for the chance to play.

I can't wait to play the game.

I don't know it so I'll ask - have they explained what happened with our team after LoG1? Or maybe we can transfer them from the first game?

OR they were set free since they survived and found an exit and their part in the Story is over?
