I do believe they said 17:00 GMT. It should be easy enough to convert to your timezone.

And as i just said, steam says it is released in one hour, which in my time zone, GMT is 6pm.

Your time zone is now BST "British Summer Time" or GMT +1. So 1700 GMT is 1800.

And yes...again, 30 minutes ago, i said My steam, set to My time zone, said 1 hour.

So in My time zone its 6pm, and for everyone else timezone, it is still released in 30 minutes.

My initial reaction was that it seemed "small" for what you'd expect nowadays. That being said - there is usually no connection between game file size and the quality of the game.
