So i'm just into this game and everything works perfect.Whats bugging me is the fact that every time i start the game, a window pops up which asks me to set the resolution and the video driver. I thought that was ok for the first startup but i found that it does that every time i start the game. Its not really a problem but its annoying that u have to do that every time. Any solution to that?I'm playing on Win XP 32 bit if u should know.

BTW where are the save files for this game located?

The guy is running the game on Win XP SP3(same as me) and from the replies, the problems seems to be OS specific.One solution mentioned was to modify registry keys for resolution but i don't want to mess with it right now.Also i don't know if there are reg values for modifying selection of the video renderer.

I've done some testing, and it turns out that you can make it work on XP, but you have to add the registry entries manually. Once they are there it works. The list of values is in the image attached.

These (at lest the ones you need) need to be put into:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Crystal Dynamics\Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver\1.00.000

I may make a reg file for it later.

Thanks but where are the values? I can't see any image posted here...or am i missing something? Sorry about that! But thanks for working on a solution. I'll just try and see if changing the values does anything good.

Edit: OK - seems to work. If it's gone by the time you read this it's forum's fault :P.
You really need only three Screen values. I don't think that windowed mode works at all and VSynch is always on anyway.
