I'm experiencing the same issue, please help.
Same here!! Any solution?
Both Steam and GOG Galaxy gaming clients bugged like hell. Sometimes intaling previous Galaxy version solve issues. And you can install it unlike for Steam. Maybe even installing above existed version would make the trick. Official dlink + Internet Archive service.

Issue if finding unbugged build. Often Galaxy 1.2 suggested.

Online services also work the same for both Galaxy and Steam. Randomly. And no solutions possible. Only waiting. Probably my downgrading suggestion wont help entirely for this game. Im sorry i cant say for sure.

Steam issues are design, fundamental. Including Cloud service. It supposed to be better functionality for Galaxy. In any way. This one feature really not the most important one. Better use OneDrive/GDrive or 3rd party save clouds services. They alwaws was better than Steam and else gaming clients.

if you have this issue on other games as well, and you're on Windows (and not trying to emulate through Wine), check your windows firewall settings. "Local Security Authority Process" (lsass.exe) might be been blocked.

GOG Galaxy (among other programs) use it to communicate to other servers through SSH.
I had years of issues of getting cloud sync errors and even discussed it with support for that long until I noticed I had it blocked through Windows Firewall Control (by Binisoft/malware bytes).
Same problem here. It occurs only with this game.
Also experiencing this issue only with this game. All my other GOG games sync fine.
Same problem, just passed the remaster and started (and already finshed) Defiance, and in Defiance the Sync was working great
Downgrade Galaxy client. 1.2.x was stable more... and better one. It has proper validation functionality, unlike 2.x.x which just redownload redistributables and nothing else (and wont explain what it do during the process).
