I turned them all different colors but then used them to open doors but it turns otu I needed them to beat teh game and now I';m all out and I need a blue one

since every crypt opened with a yellow orb has at least one empty glass globe in it, it would be very difficult to use them all.

I might have dropped em somewhere when I thought I didn't need them, am I screwed

Yes, you'll need at least one blue orb to open Ka'Dans tomb. Get the urn he gives you and go back down into the ruins, find and burn his corpse to get his ashes, bring them back up to his tomb and he'll give you the key to raise Ak'Salar's tomb. This is the only way to get Silverleaf, which is required to advance. Double-check the tombs you've already opened and see if their aren't still any empty orbs lying around, otherwise you either need to find them or reload an older save.
