Ill'start easy: i made the thief guild second quest, now im granted the honor to talk to Elena the princess thief... too bad i've to find her and i have NO idea where she is (or how she looks like) can you point me to her?

EDIT: my bad, she was just behind the old lady there in the thief guild

now the harder part... withc i already fear will be another "infamous blue gem" kinda bug..

i need to rescue Sioned from the ruloi world.... too bad i've already opened the prision on my first visit in order to explore the room..
now Sioned is there, she's asking for help...but the door is open, and the socket-key is already filled with the Dreamshard

i tried to take it out the old one and also place a new one on top of it. than i tryed to go away and come back...sioned is still trapped and i dont see any other interaction possibile here...did i just screw up this quest for good just because i opned a door too early ?
