If you use a Mind Cluster in the DC some areas from LOL2 are shown on the map but with no way of getting to them. Does anyone know of a way to access these areas either through glitches, cheats, editors anything as I'm would be interested in seeing what these areas look like in LOL3.

There's a button, just after you leave the hallway with the columns and Skeletal Guardians. This opens the secret Dark Army camp. I hope that's what you're talking about.
