Are there any plans to make a Linux version? I've dropped Windows entirely and prefer to buy native Linux versions whenever possible.

Edit: Answered my own question. Looks like it will be considered if demand is high enough, according to this thread on Steam.

Indeed, at this point it's a possibility and not guaranteed.
I could get the last backer version to work rather well through WINE, but not the first EA release, no matter what I tried. The problems start with the .NET 4.5.2 installer, go on with a dependency on libpng12. I tried quite a few things to no avail.

So yes, I hope for a native Linux version, but the devs will focus on making the game good for the foreseeable future.

I would love to play this, but Im exclusively mac/linux. I put 500+ hours into Stardew and was really looking forward to this until I saw windows only.
