Is Kuroinu Redux an all-in-one of what you find in Mangagamer (Kuroinu Ch 1/2/3?) or is it a separate thing?

I also find weird that Kuroinu Ch 1/2/3 are more expensive than Kuroinu Redux.

And if they are different is it worth to play this one?

This is basically the Chapters 1,2,3 + some extra content packaged into one deal. I don't know the exact details, but MangaGamer basically fucked up with their previous release, and so this one is now published by Sh*ravune. The good news is that it contains all the content in one pack, but the bad news is that it is of course censored. If you want to remove the mosaics there is an unofficial patch over at vndb. It basically takes the CG's from the MG version and repackages with this one, however the extra ones that were added by this release remain censored unfortunately.
