I answer the questions:
1. Cant produce Units? -> units could produce.
2. Cant build Buildings? -> Buildings could build.
3. Can play Full HD mode? -> Yes, play Full HD mode.
4. You played a mission the game crashed? -> it still happens from time to time, if you play for a long time.

If you follow my instructions below, you can play the game (questions 1,2,3 will be solved. Question 4 is not solved).
1. Install the game -> remember the installation directory path.
2. Copy [KWIPv3.exe] to the installation directory -> the purpose is to fix errors, play Full HD mode
3. Copy [kknd2carnage.exe] to the installation directory -> the purpose is to have many options
4. Create a Shortcut [kknd2carnage.exe] to the desktop.
5. Run [kknd2carnage.exe], select "SELECT EXE", select file [KWIPv3.exe] (step 2). And don't forget to select "OPTIONS" to set parameters.
6. Also at [kknd2carnage.exe], select "PLAY", and enjoy the game.
