Updates are always sent to both platforms, so the version here is the same as the one on Steam.

Thanks, what about the news updates? I saw there are a few more on steam than on the forums here? Or is it best to go to your main site for those?

We usually post on both our website and Steam. Steam has a section dedicated to news article, so it's easier to post news there. However, it's true that we could at least inform our GOG community when we write articles that are not about update. We always assume that Facebook/Twitter is enough, but even as a Community Manager, I miss other games news sometimes. It would be great if GOG had a news section like Steam.
Anyway, thanks for writing, I'll make sure to keep everyone in the loop here in the future ;)
