Why donwload is that big in Galaxy -3.9gigs- when there is an 64Megs update (20160211) ?

Did you first download the game in the browser or in Galaxy?
If you downloaded it in the browser and you want it in Galaxy, I think you need to download the full build again.
If you downloaded it in Galaxy, it will usually download only the 64 mb update. If they ask you to download the full game again, I would suggest contacting GOG directly since it could be an issue with their platform.

Then yes it's clear now Galaxy succesfully download the game by his uncompressed form.
