As said in the subject, the game crashes every single time after the intro scenes and I have to go into task manager to end the process.

There aren't alot of Google results for this game, so it's tough to get an answer to this problem. One Steam post I read says to add the config and launch files to DEP Exceptions, but that didn't work for me. The error log seems to point to the .EX1 and .EX2 files, neither of which can be added to DEP since they are not executable files. (one of the Google results pointed this out also)

Anyone run across this problem and found a solution? or any ideas at all?

Unfortunately it's past the point for me to ask for a refund. It wasn't a pricey game, but still frustrating to waste money.

Same Problem here as mentioned above. Can´t run the game, crashes after intro, no matter what. But here it closes completely, no process in task manager afterwards.

Please provide information on you system specifications, HW/SW, display resolutions, driver versions and so on.
