UPDATE: Support just responded, .zip is fixed now.

The goodie pack has a wrong packed zip file.
See screenshot.

Second problem: The Chatbot on GOG support is so unbelievably bad it is hard to describe. Not only it answers slower than any human, it never is able to grasp the issue. Never!
I tried to report this, and now that chatbot is stuck. When I go back to the support page it sends me back to the opened chat. No escape.
Chatbots are a sign of following: We hate our customers, they are a burden, lets waste their time so they give up on support.
See second screenshot from the transcript. It is stuck at "upload dxdiag" - what? For a goodie pack which has pictures?
PS: Why does it say "Anonymous" in that chat transcript? I logged in into the support!

Edit: I could finish creating the support ticket, after uploading a screenshot instead of a dxdiag... And then the usual "select: Install, crash, low resolition" menu... The usual question "did you install via gog galaxy"... Always things with no reference to anything. If that is what "AI" is, we are deeply doomed.

you can skip the chatbot if you follow these instructions.
