I asked this before but didnt know how to turn it into a question, does anyone know how to force this game windowed?

Brilliant mod! 10seconds in and I already cannot imagine myself playing without it. It makes the game prettier and windowed!

Please note that the AI will not behave the same as KaM as some features are not implemented yet, but we are very actively working on it and there will be updates.

Please tell any other KaM fans you know about it and help spread the word.

P.S. If you press F11 (to enable debugging controls) you can load mission 9: File -> Open Mission and select data\missions\mission09.dat for The Shattered Kingdom campaign or dmission09.dat for The Peasants Rebellion campaign.

Oh even better! I do notice the AI was a bit different in mission 6, making my old strategy ineffective.

I found an solution for running KAM in a window:

Download D3D Windower (Search for d3d_windower_v1_88_en_win32.zip in google)

Add KM_TPR.exe from the game installation directory
Rightclick the entry and set the following settings:

Common tab:
Height: 1024
Width: 768
Tick "Use windowed Mode"
DLL: browse to the (with the program supplied) D3DHook.dll file and select it

Window Mode tab:
Untick DirectX1-7 (DDraw)
Tick DirectX8-9
Tick Use GDI

Keep everything on the tabs Foreground Control and Direct Input unticked
Press "Run program" (computer icon)
and there you go: Windowed K&M:TPR

Tested on Windows 7 x64
