The "Recruiter" skill of the orc chieftains in the "orcs on the march" campaign doesn't work.
It should give 1-2 orcs of a random type, which is allready present in the army, but it just does nothing.
The same skill on the goblin shamans works fine.
Does someone know a fix for this?
