First off I would uninstall and try then re-installing the game somewhere like C:\Games and see if that helps as it is always a bad idea to install games into the Program Files or Program Files (x86) folders.

Secondly, if that doesn't work due to Galaxy, try downloading the classic installers from your games library (these do not contain the Galaxy installer) and then install that in C:\Games.
