I've previously played the Steam version 2 times. In 2014 as an Orc, when these quests could not be finished. Then in 2017 as a Vampire and I was able to complete these 2 quests (even have the achievement that says I completed all the Military Department quests).

Just finished my Demoness playthrough, this time in the GOG version and these 2 quests could not be finished.

Unfortunately, the fix in that thread can't be downloaded separately. I doubt that it'd be possible to get this fix over here too, as it was 6 years ago already, so just take this as a notice, that the Military Department and Sabotage Media quests can not be completed in the GOG version.

Good news. I asked whether the author could provide a working download link and even 6 years after the thread has died, he actually did. Here is the thread again:

The link for the fix download is near the bottom. Should solve the inability to complete the 2 quests. Sabotage Media should work in existing games, the Military Department fix requires starting a new game though.

I'd assume it's a replacement ses.kfs file that includes the quest fixes. So you can either drop in the separate files as stated in the instructions or just replace the ses.kfs.

Nope. That's an old revision of patched ses.kfs, which fixes Military department only! You should not use that file.

Follow the main instruction to fix both quests: Pathnames are for the Steam version of the game, of course. You should determine your own.
