try restarting the computer and then running the game.
if your disk is getting full try freeing up some space.
try re-installing kings bounty if the above 2 don't work

Skeptical - My system says that I have an AMD Sempron(tm) 130 2.6GHz and 4G Installed RAM running Windows 7 64 bit.. I haven't tried uninstalling and re-installing KB yet, but will when i get a chance.
Kezardin - I looked at the other article (thanks) but i don't understand ANY of it. Unfortunately, when it comes to Computers, i really don't understand very much at all. i saw the words, but they might as well have been in Russian (which i don't speak either.)

Well, I uninstalled it and deleted the setup file. Then i started all over from scratch. And i got the same result. direct x is unable to allocate enough memory. ... I guess that some things are just not ment to be.... Sigh!
