Hi i tried steam first then the one on gog but both wont let me talk to people i need to give booze to the guy siting in the ally but he never talks. I can open doors etc but talking to people nope. Anyone know wtf is going on ?
Insulting works thay react but thats about it ..

The whiskey the bum wants in Kingpin: Life of Crime is located inside the bar in the Skidrow level. You’ll find it on a shelf behind the counter.
To help the bum in the Skidrow area, follow these steps:

• Find the bar: It’s located near the pawn shop and other early-game buildings. You’ll recognize it by its neon signs and rundown exterior.
• Enter the bar: Once inside, look behind the counter. The whiskey bottle is usually sitting on a shelf or table in plain sight.
• Return to the bum: After picking up the whiskey, go back to the bum who asked for it. He’s typically found near the alleyways or close to the bar’s exterior.
• Give him the whiskey: This will trigger a dialogue or event that helps you progress in the game, often unlocking new areas or providing useful information.•
