Nedylena: I have a reputation bug: neither paying indulgences nor going on the pilgrimage raises my reputation. In fact, it actually goes down. I’ve also noticed that when loading earlier saves, all cities inherit the same reputation (I have the Memorable perk active).

It all started when [spoiler] I went to the southern fortress and had to kill guards after uncovering certain things (I’m sure you could do it stealthily, but I went in guns blazing), so that might be a clue to the bug.
