Mandrake Decoction (DLC) brews 3, should be 5 (missing Secret of Matter perk)

And then I noticed there were 2 bodyguards sleeping in the room...woops...

Also the potion is called Henry's mandrake decoction, it should be
Henry's Mandrake Decoction to line up with all the other potions.
