Thinking of getting this game here because I loved the first and the game seems really good, but I saw a review on the store page saying that it isn't truly DRM free, and that it requires internet. Is this true?

Yeah, I saw that review too and honestly I have no idea what he's talking about. Yes, they ask you at the start of the game if you want to share telemetry data and you can decline, but that's about it. I've tried playing both offline and online and never seen a difference or once been asked about it.

Yea its really strange review from a guy who hasnt posted anything here. Seems like a rant to me - he mention he can't run the game with or without internet. He just cant run it .... and suddenly the game has DRM... And so many people upvote this to be a top comment... I really don't understand why GOG does not delete such comments that are obviously misleading. If there was any DRM by now there would be at least one thread here mentioning it - I can guarantee you that.
