This is my favourite topic

The first time around brawling at the Hole in the Wall went fine with all participants, but
it's been a nightmare at the repeat.
After a couple of days (or so) the quests pop up again and I went back for some more
unarmed XP.
First target the Drunkard, no option to get him drunk and thus i couldn't fight him.
So I restarted the game hoping it would fix this problem, but now I couldn't even talk
to the drunkard. A couple days real time later it suddenly worked.
Next target Goliath, I can talk to him and place the bet but there is no fight.
And this has been like that for 3 days running.
Also Chenyek has a New Quest for me, but i can't talk to him either.

Gyrofalcon: I had no issues with repeating the mission.
The NPC has "working hours" so they are un-available for quest related dialog at times.
The dialogue from Goliath is available, all the way to the 10 groschen bet, it just doesn't
start the fight.

1.3 seems to have fixed it.
Still can't talk to Chenyek though even though he has a quest marker (New Quest).
