I am using herbalism and alchemy mods, so I don't know what causes the issue.
Fly Algaric displays the latin name on the alchemy table and a brown bag for graphic.

In the meanwhile I brewed everything in 1.3 and Fly Algaric is the only problem.
If someone could brew some bane poison to confirm this it be great.
