Hi, all :-).

This is kind of a suggestion, but more of a 'I hope this happens', based on my experiences with KCD I & II.

As I've made clear, on more than one occasion, I love KCD II, KCD I also, but I'm basing this on the newest game. I have no idea what the next project of Warhorse will be and I'm not expecting them to tell me, unless they want to ;-). *wishful thinking*

I would love it to be another Medieval RPG though, BIG fan of Medieval games here, Medieval Dynasty and Manor Lords both being in my collection, to name just 2. The whole setting of that time period, just makes me wonder what it was really like back then and that brings-up another point... A request if Warhorse do go-down this route...

I'm a traditional fella, never swearing in the presence of a lady or children, so hearing so much swearing in both KCD games, honestly makes me cringe at times. I know that's how it is now, some don't even realise how much they're swearing, it's normal language to them, but not me :-).

It would be nice to have a language 'switch' in any future games of this kind, so at least we can choose whether we want to hear/see it. That much swearing, in a Medieval setting, is the only thing which ruins the immersion for me at times, today's level of bad language wasn't this bad in the 80s, so I seriously doubt it would be MUCH worse in Medieval times.

That's personal to me though and I know others will see it differently, I'm just saying that the option to switch it off would be nice, as it would with ALL games :-).

Anyway, I'll shut-up now :-).

Hope you all have a fantastic day :-D.

Edit: There is a profanity filter Mod on Nexus, which I use. In case anyone else is interested ;-).

I have to agree with you- the amount of swearing is off-putting at times. Despite this, the games are still fantastic.

thekersy100: the games are still fantastic.
On that we are in full agreement :-).

Many, trying not to laugh here, "AAA" developers could learn a lot from smaller dev teams, but I doubt they will, even though they're losing money and support. *shrugs*
