You could try cleaning Galaxy\storage folder.
- Close Galaxy client.
- Remove contents of the 'storage' folder from: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\storage
(or just remove galaxy-2.0.db)
- Restart Galaxy, check if the issue still persists and re-import installed games(Add games & friends -> Scan folders for GOG Games).

I deleted galaxy-2.0.db, restarted Galaxy and after the import it was still at 100% (galaxy01.png). But I can now see all achievements and the missing ones again. Even the new achievements from the DLC are now there.

On the web overview “My games” the percentage of achievements for KCD2 is still missing (mygamelist01.png). But I can also see the missing achievements when I click on KCD2 (including the new ones from the DLC).

Will the new DLC also be released on Thursday and will the Galaxy Overlay finally be supported?

pcgamehunter: Just adding I also have this now. I haven't played the game at all since early April. I should be missing the 2 hardcore mode achievements and "Lent".

Would you mind posting a screenshot that shows the issue on your side?
Here you go.
Galaxy now says 100%, but the achievements are no longer missing, the public gog profile games now don't have a % at all.
I followed the instructions to clear the Galaxy storage, this is the result after doing so.

Unlocking one of the new Brushes with Death achievements seems to have fixed it.

I can confirm this, I just unlocked the "Boneworks" achievement and now my percentage is correct (not 100%).
