I searched around but couldn't find anyone with a similar issue, when I talk to the dude, instead of him getting on his horse and riding outside, he kinda goes in NPC mode and just, walks around in the city, he doesn't go anywhere. I've played this quest before and i know how its supposed to go, idk how to fix it, i tried to reload and it happens again.

I kinda heard that if you have a horse the quest bug a bit, and i technically have a horse, like, technically, I've been used this random horse i stole from a bandit i killed, so i also tried leaving the horse far away, nothing.
