couldn't make herbalist give me dialog option for brewing after she refused it initially. bribing her didn't help move past 52 rep points. brewed potions myself and couldn't hand them to captain :(, there is simply no dialog options , though my objective is to deliver those potions to him.
did anyone managed to work around this issue?

There's a solution: "Try having more than 60 in your inventory, 61 would do. works for me. There’s somebody who share this method before." (from https://forum.kingdomcomerpg.com/t/spoilers-unable-to-give-cockrel-potions-to-bernard/54722/7). I didn't test it, but other players said it worked for them.
