I've noticed that I can't use repair kits of any kind to repair items that are at 60% or below. Doesn't matter which repair kit, regular or small.
I have 20 Maintenance, so my skill level shouldn't be the problem.
The only ones I can repair myself are Swords and Axes, which I can sharpen on a Grindstone. The rest I have to pay an NPC to repair for me.
Am I missing something? Is this a bug? How is it that I can't find a single mention of this anywhere online?
