As you can see in the ss I have a bit of a problem. Any idea how to fix?

Edit: Idk if the attached ss is working so I will describe my problem. In houses I don't get any shadows and lightig the whole house appears to be brightly lit.

AMD user? if so. go back to driver version 18.6.1 or 18.6.2, file a driver bug report as well.
