So everything it is told in the topic subject so please does anyone know why ? Here is the thing, when I talk to the innkeepers or Alemaid (something like that), there is not "rent a room" option only "let's trade" and ask the news.

Ocassionally you can run into trouble renting a room from the NPC if you catch them at the wrong time of day.
If the Inkeeper et al are headed to bed, or not yet through their "wake up" cycle they will sometimes not have all their speech options open. In this case waiting for a few hours until you are more fully into a daylight phase of the game will allow you to rent a room from them.

If you are in Rattay you have one outside the castle, just follow the road to Neuhof and after passing the Arena the Lodging is on the left side of the road, impossible to miss.
