I have waited 14 single days now and I'm always told I have to wait for Sir Hanusch to proclaim a new tournament..
How or when can I start it???

Very disappointing poor DLC.

First talk to inkeeper, he will tell you about tournament, speak to Hans Capon (who will give you a quest related to tournament) and to talk to Peschek to bet on your winning.

None of the inkeeperes in or near Rattay has anything to tell me. I never had a quest entry for tournament, only the intro

There are two ways to start the tournament: one is to speak to inkeeper (i spoke to one in Rattay where Hans usually spents time) about what is going on (orange star) or to speak to Hans Capon (I spoke to him after learning from inkeeper about tournament and was given a quest, but from dlcs description it is the second way to start tournament), he will complain about uncle and came with a plan involving Henry.

There may be more requierements, like certain quests completed (involving Hans Capon).
Or there might be a bug. In that case look at developers forum.

I'm not that far in main quest, so it shouldn't be the case. But since Hans is mentioning angry uncle, it could be depentent on Next to godliness.

But winning this tournament doesn't mean that you finished quest, you still need to figure out why son of blacksmith died, and there's a trap near mill before first bridge (don't use fast travel), but how to win this battle when enemy have god-mode?

I'm in same boat. Talked to blacksmith got his tourney quest, talked to Miller and got the "bet on the tourney" quest, talked to the Rattay innkeeper but he had no quest/comment on the Tourney. In any case the Herald guy never came out. I eventually disabled all my mods, then used a single cheat mod to spawn Herald which was a whole other bunch of weird stuff to sort out - but I eventually got him to give me the "Enroll in the Tourney" quest ... but now just just says "wait a few days for the next Tourney". Anyone know a way around this?

Love this game so much but man I don't want to restart the game :(
