I was downloading all the files for the game, and now that there is a new version, the remaining files I had to download are not there any more, correct? My previous EXE and the 8 already downloaded BINs say 22452, but the new EXE says 24478. Am I fucked?

Oh, you were in the process of downloading the bins and they changed? Yeah, you need to delete what you downloaded and download all the bins for the new 1.7 version.
