any simple working way in console ?
or it something related with deleting files?
can anyone suggest something he managed to got working to disable intro videos?

can anyone suggest something he managed to got working to disable intro videos?

Go to kingdome installation path -> Data -> open "ipl_videos" with winrar -> Videos -> rename intro.usm to introbak.usm

Now there are no intro videos but thne game need time to load. In this time the screen is black, but the game loads faster than with intro.

worth noting that it won't work with 7Z somehow but works just fine with WinRar.

Right. I only use 7z normally, but 7z can not rename the file in the usm-package. I do not know why.....
