I bought the base game, then recently bought the Royal DLC Package. When I tried to install the DLCs (via backup files) they all gave me an error "This version of the base game is not supported. Please update your game version with the latest patch."

I downloaded and installed the base game as version 503 and there are no additional patches available. All of the DLCs indicates that they are version 503 as well.

Any idea how to fix this?

The important value is the one in the brackets: 35438
Make sure all your installers have this value.

Did you check if your game was already updated through GOG Galaxy? Or did you install some single DLCs earlier?
Maybe the installer doesn't like that.
