I can't sit or sleep save since the patch.
I am using several mods.
I stopped using perkaholic , was causing CTD, stopped unlimited saves and wasn't using sleep better mods
But I can't sleep/sleep save or sit

is 1.31 bugged?

It's not bugged, some mods are not compatible with the new patch, disable the mods and it should be good, specially the unlimited save mod or any mod related to save the game.
