Patch notes
- New helm navigation in menus; if you go left the helm will rotate on the right and vice versa.

This gimmick looks nice at first glance, but becomes a pain very soon. Having to wait at least a second for each tick is not fun at all.
Please introduce an option to turn it off.

Edit: With 1.20 and mouse support in menus it's seems less of an issue, but you still have to wait for some seconds until you can select anything else again
