I just bought and started the game, and in the first events I can't choose some options, in one event there was only one active choice. Some events have all options available. Is this a bug or are the decisions not available for a reason? I reinstalled the game, but it did not help. I also reorganize my ring as my first decision, is this somehow connected?

I remember playing the non-remastered version, and I don't recall this situation happening.
