May I suppose that the file patch 131.1891 is compatible with both versions of the game, 32 and 64 bits?

I installed the patch over my 64-bit version. I would guess the same patch-installer work for both versions as it is just content fixes, no new executables (*.exe) or other 32/64-bit specifics.
