AM I missing something here? XD When I put wings, multiple boosters, etc on my rocket I can never get them to line up. One is always higher than the other or they are unevenly placed. Please tell me there is a key I am missing. I see some of the pics in here and there is this central rocket, with two side boosters, and they are PLACED PERFECTLY, completely equidistant apart!! :P How do you do that?

Are you clicking the circle button to turn it into a hexagon? That's the "snap into place" button.

Edit: And also use the button to place 2 or 3 or 4 or more items at equidistant points. It's near the circle button.

I found the symmetry button. Funny, I must have missed that in the tutorials. Thanks Tallima. :D

By the way. The X key switches the symetry mode.

Very handy then you're dragging a piece over an already symetrically placed bit, and ksp decides you want the same type of symetry.
